With over 30 years of experience in high-end residential, commercial, and industrial construction, Spencer has built a reputation as one of the industry’s most trusted and visionary leaders. As the founder of Argali Construction, Spencer has led the company from a startup to a premier name in luxury construction across the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area.
Spencer’s approach blends timeless craftsmanship with forward-thinking innovation. His commitment to excellence is evident in every detail — from custom architectural features to world-class project execution. Under his leadership, Argali has delivered award-winning homes, landmark commercial properties, and a portfolio of work that reflects precision, integrity, and sophistication.
Spencer started in the field as a project engineer. Over the course of his career, he has held positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Executive, Director, and Vice President. Spencer has a strong understanding in every aspect of the construction and is heavily involved with each project from conception to completion. He works directly with each project team in determining project feasibility, scheduling, execution, and quality control.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Systems Engineering (structural emphasis) from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Houston. In addition, Spencer is a veteran of the US Army.
