This 6-acre greenfield development included complete civil work and construction of a 17,900 SF Phase 1 campus building. Civil scope encompassed a retention pond, storm sewer systems, and extensive mass grading. The facility features a custom-designed PEMB (pre-engineered metal building), 95,000 SF of parking and paving, and a fully finished interior including all MEP systems and over 1,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer.
Smith Automotive Extension

This project included the full design, engineering, and construction of a 4,250 SF extension to an existing facility. The addition features multiple mechanic bays, a new office space, and a customer lounge. Site work included storm sewer installation and complete paving of the new parking lot.
